Hampton Inn & Suites Pharr

Excellent location for us. Room was clean, stay was quiet (no disturbing noise from other rooms.) Breakfast was adequate; it was a small breakfast, but we did not need much anyway. Pool was good size and fun. Nothing fancy with the rooms, just clean, comfortable bed. Although room is not cleaned daily (Covid precautions; we understand), we were able to get bathroom towels as needed. Booking.com offered much lower price than available when we checked directly by phone!

The staff was very understanding about our situation. Our family had come for a funeral. The lady at the front desk was very kind. The cleaning staff were polite as well as awesome! I came back here because of the last visit and they didn't disappoint me this time either 😌 ☺️

The rooms were clean when we arrived. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my mother (who is handicap) as well as myself. The breakfast is so good and fresh! They have a fitness center and pool which is kept well. This hotel is definitely a must stay!

All staff was awesomely sweet and very helpful..no worries about anything. Very polite, atmosphere peaceful.
